About us
Magenta Community Services was founded in 2013 with the mission of providing truly person-centred and flexible support services for people with disabilities. At Magenta, we take pride in being different from run-of-the-mill support providers. Our unique service delivery model builds true participant choice and control into our ways of working.
Our aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment built on strong relationships and connection with our people, and supported by systems, processes and governance. This has been at the heart of our organisation from the very beginning and will continue to be our focus into our future.
Magenta Community Services is committed to promoting a positive working environment where shared values and behaviours are lived every day. We have four core values:

- We are part of our communities.
- We think outside the box.
Today Magenta employs a diverse workforce across Queensland and New South Wales and provides supports and services to people accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and My Aged Care (MAC).
