Connecting2Australia (C2A) is currently seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our Bellfield Work Connections team. C2A’s Work Connections hubs have grown and developed with our participants since 1953. The Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with our participants to understand their goals and assist them to achieve meaningful outcomes.
The position requires individuals to work with participants who require support with physical mobility, personal care, manual handling, complex care needs and understanding of behaviours of concern. You will be working alongside a dedicated professional team who value innovation and flexibility in community inclusion and a person-centred service delivery.

- Have relevant qualifications and or experience
It is essential that you hold or are willing to obtain:
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Screening Check
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in the Disability Sector
- Complex care experience (Highly regarded but not essential)
- Experience working with tools (mainly gardening)
