Your Role at Nextt:
Join us in making a difference! As a Disability Support Worker at Nextt, you'll play a crucial role in planning and delivering support for our clients.

Nextt is in need of a FEMALE experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide 1:1 in home supports, personal care, community access support and assistance with activities of daily living in Toukley.

Must be able to commit to the below shifts ongoing:
Week 1 

• Monday - 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM 
• Tuesday - 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
• Wednesday - 06:00 AM - 12:00 PM 
• Thursday - 06:00 AM - 12:00 PM 
• Friday - 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM 

Week 2 

• Monday - 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM 
• Tuesday - 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM 
• Wednesday - 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
• Thursday - 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM 
• Friday - 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

Your skills and experience:
Experience with Dementia and Aged Care preferred. 
Experience in community access - assisting clients in medical appointments 
Experience with personal care and medication assistance
