Address Employer s currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team!
We will be supporting participants in Port Macquarie in both supported accommodation and community access.
Hours will be varied and flexible, but may include day, afternoon, evenings and sleepovers. Some of our homes require 24 hour support, so active nights are also available. We are open to recruiting both permanent part time and casual roles for suitable candidates.
Ideally you will be experienced in Disability Support work, but we are also encouraging people who have lived experience providing support or those that are looking for a career change into a role that is rewarding and fulfilling to apply.
We are also able to provide access to fee-free training if you are wanting to enroll in a disability related course.
As a Disability Support worker, you will be working with participants to build their skills, independence and assisting them to achieve their goals.
