We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities. HOURS NEEDED: The shifts are only short 3-6hrs per week.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
