Here at Achievement Collective, we provide a wide range of NDIS services, keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do. We work with them to achieve their goals holistically, provide in home and community access supports, including residential/domestic cleaning, home maintenance, and specialised support services such as Recovery Coaching and Support Coordination.

To be eligible for this position you will need your own transport, must be flexible, resilient and show strong initiative, have a keen eye for detail, be honest and trustworthy.
You will be required to work a flexible roster, utilise technology and understanding Risk Assessments before attending a property.
You will be required to develop a customer focused relationship, whilst providing community access, assistance with daily living and in home support, as directed by the customers goals and objectives.

- You have a reliable vehicle that will pass a company inspection, drivers license and comprehensive insurance
- Flexibility for available shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Required Qualifications and Experiences:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
- Infectious Control Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Lived or demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred)
- Certificates, Licenses, and 100 Points of Identification will be required prior to induction
