Individuals with lived experiences in disability, health, family care, education or community. You may be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, a person with disability, from a culturally diverse background, gender diverse, or a young person between 18-24.
Maybe you are a person who has helped a family member navigate the NDIS program, or a recently new arrival to the Coffs and Clarence areas; or a long term local.

Essential Criteria: There are some mandatory requirements that you will need and/or be willing to gain as a part of the recruitment process to become a Disability Support Worker. We know that a diverse community and a skilled team brings many things to our table.
- Current Valid Driver’s License
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children’s Check
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
If you do not have any related formal qualifications (ie; Certificate III in Individual Support) a willingness and commitment to complete these requirements is essential.
