At Nextt, our Disability Support Workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing behaviour support, daily activities. Delivering high intensity support, mental health support, domestic assistance and community access support.
About the client
We are currently looking for a female casual Disability Support Worker to support our female client in Drouin. Our client is looking to address her health and wellbeing in 2024 and would love for a staff member to support her heathy routines and support her in some community access and other activities as needed.
Shifts
Tuesday: 10am - 1pm
Thursday: 10am - 1pm
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in Mental Health and Psychosocial Disability
- Experience in PTSD
- Experience with Bipolar and Schizophrenia
- Experience with Insomnia
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian drivers license and your own fully insured vehicle as you will be required to transport the client
