About the role
We are currently recruiting for Disability Support Workers to provide ongoing support to our participants. Our participants require support for a varying range of shifts. Support requirements may include, personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living and independent living skills.
About you
You are a compassionate, dedicated and reliable individual with a real desire to make a difference to the lives of people with disability and mental health.
As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Experience supporting participants living with mental health and disabilities
- Experience working in trauma informed care
- Experience supporting participants to meet their personal goals, with daily living and independent living skills
- Experience writing accurate and detailed case notes
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
