About the Role
Quilly is building a team of Lifestyle Support Workers, location of work Elanora and Gold Coast
Available Shifts Monday - Friday 3.30pm - 8.30pm
Wednesdays 9.00am - 3.30pm
Your primary responsibilities will be to support NDIS-funded individual living with a disability to achieve their goals within their home and community access.
As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will empower and support individuals with all aspects of personal care, daily life skills, community access, medication, and social and emotional support. This will enable you to encourage and engage them in their daily routines and to live independently within their own homes.
Quilly is looking for dedicated Lifestyle Support Workers who have patience, empathy, patients and great communication skills.

About you
- A current Australian driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
- Diabetic Training and Experience
- Have current (or ability to obtain prior to commencement) NDIS Worker Screening Check and clearance to work in QLD.
- Computer savvy and are able to document accurate notes about all support shifts they are rostered on.
