Whatyou'll do:

Asa Disability Support Worker, you will play a critical role in the lives ofparticipants by:

• Providing person-centered support to participants with disabilities
• Assisting participants in achieving their personal goals 
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Promoting community inclusion and social engagement
• Supported decision making

Whatyou'll need:

• Finger Spelling Experience
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion to work in the disability sector
• Experience managing behaviours of concern
• Mental health experience (desirable)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Provide First Aid
• Drivers licence (Green P Plates minimum)
• Ability to work minimum 50 hours per fortnight and capacity to work a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts
