Your New Opportunity:
Due to growth a permanent, full-time position has become available for a Training Coordinator within our Defence Programmes Group. This role offers the flexibility of being based in our Brisbane QLD, Kings Park NSW, Chipping Norton NSW, or Adelaide SA branches, providing an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to make a significant impact on our training operations.
As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating customer training schedules, managing training assets, and ensuring the highest standards of training delivery. You will work closely with our Training Department and various Stakeholders throughout Penske Australia to continuously enhance our training programs and processes.
Due to Commonwealth Client requirements, the successful candidate MUST be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate Defence Security Clearance.
Some of your tasks will include:
- Developing strong business knowledge and understanding of subject matter for course content.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and address training needs.
- Assist DPG Team Leaders and Project managers in meeting training milestones.
- Review and modify existing training programs and processes.
- Implement a communications plan to promote learning opportunities.
- Refine and develop learning solutions reflecting customer needs.
- Arranging movement of DPG training assets, promoting and selling training asset availability when not in use for Penske related training.
- Conducting Needs Analysis around training, including the development of business cases and CAPEX approvals.
- Model safe working behaviour in line with Penske's values of Ownership, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity and Care
About you:
- Degree/Diploma in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a knack for building personalconnections.
- Experience in generating effective reports and using data to identify gaps.
