We are actively seeking experienced In HomeDisability Support Workers for our clients in Adelaide Northern and Western Suburbs. These are ongoing positions.

Key requirements:
- Availability to work morning, afternoon and night shifts
- Experience working with clients in the community required
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care
- Provide support and services to clients with the Person Centered Active Support model
- Encourage individuals living with a disability to be engaged in their own lives
- Assist clients with their personal health care and mobility needs
- Current SA Drivers Licence and Reliable Car
- Must be willing to commit to ongoing rosters providing support to our clients
- Adaptability to work with different individuals including challenging behaviours
- DCSI Screenings - Disability & NDIS Workers Screen
