Hourly Rate: $35.14 + 25% loading for casuals (plus shift penalties where applicable)
Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging options available for all staff (up to $15,900/pa)

About the roleWe are looking for several motivated, caring, and compassionate Disability Support Workers work to with a client in the Charlestown area. Our client, a woman in her thirties, is looking for people who will be able to support her with household chores, meal preparation, and other daily living activities.
Applicants must be female with a positive attitude and ability to comprehend & follow a detailed Behaviour Support Plan. The successful candidates will require to have the ability to motivate and provide a positive influence in our client's life.
They will have a focus on creating the right environment and provide appropriate therapeutic support under a person-centred framework with support from allied health clinicians. Willing to do sleepover shifts is a requirement. Experience with PDA and Autism is highly regarded.
