About the role:
Our Disability Support Workers are our most important team members as they are the ones who do the work on the ground with our clients each and every day.
As a Disability Support Worker these are the things that you you will be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your families and clients
- Supporting clients to identify and work towards personal and NDIS goals
- Attending meet and greets with new families and clients
- Supporting clients to build independence and skills
- Assisting clients to access the community and participate in group programs
- Completing and submitting a timesheet each week
- Managing and communicating personal leave and availabilities
