NDIS Support Worker with Mental Health experience.
Innovative Supports, a locally owned company is looking for a Support Worker who has experience in and is passionate about working in the mental health space, to join our team of amazing individuals.
Must Haves:
Kindness, empathy, resilience and be non-judgmental towards participants.
Ability to work across a 7 day roster.
Experience working with people who may present with a range of mental health or psychological conditions.
Have or be willing to get:
BlueCard, first aid certificate, Full Driver's licence, comprehensively insured vehicle, and a police check.
This role is perfect for people with the following backgrounds; disability workers, teachers, nurses, allied health professionals, community service workers or experience in the homeless sector.
