Shifts
This is a casual role supporting NDIS Participants. We are looking for reliable workers. We support NDIS participants across all of Perth (Yanchep - Mandurah). We have various shifts available across many locations such as Ballajura, Ellenbrook, Booragoon, Willetton and Waikiki. Various shifts include day shifts, sleep shifts, 3 hours 10 hours shifts, early morning and evening shifts, including weekend work.

Our supports are person-centred, we communicate closely with participants to ensure they have choice and control. Staff training and development opportunities are important to us, as well as having good communication so you are well supported whilst working 1:1 with participants. We aim to provide participants with continuous, reliable support by building up a team of Support Workers that they have chosen.
About you
You will share the same mission, vision, and values as Labyrinth Supports. You must want to make a difference, have a caring nature, have initiative, be open-minded and respect people’s life choices. The Support Worker role is an important part of the community, you must acknowledge the importance of individual self-care, and aim to provide an environment that fosters supportive relationships. You will need to have a flexible approach and be willing to develop your skill set so participants continue to receive high-quality support.
About the Role
Support Workers will be supporting participants to live independently and reach their goals. This will be done in a person-centred way in the home or the community, depending on the participant and their support needs.
Duties may include:
- Skill building/Life skills
- Community outings
- Shopping
- Transport
- Leisure activities
- Going to the gym and hydrotherapy
- Attending appointments
- In the home - Personal care, domestic duties, food prepping
- Assisting with medication
- Report writing.

- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Drivers Licence and Car
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’
- DSC Supporting People to Stay Infection Free
- First Aid
- CPR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
