About us
Compassionate Care WA is a family-owned business and we see our staff as part of our extended family! We have developed very close relationships with a relatively small number of complex NDIS clients and believe we offer a unique experience through our commitment to care, relationship and our deep understanding of those we are serving.
As a member of our team you will get to know your colleagues through regular training dates and socials. You will enjoy regular shifts with a small number of clients and will meet regularly with your Supervisor to discuss your training needs and career development.
