Are you interested in helping and supporting people with disability to have a good life?
We're a small boutique service provider, who is looking to engage a Team Leader/Trainer & Support Workers. The role will manage and oversee a small team that support a 30-year-old man to live his best life. This gentleman currently lives in his own home which he shares with his brother. Having ASD and being non-verbal means that he requires assistance and prompting for self -care, maintaining independence within his home, and accessing therapy and activities in the community. This support is currently provided by a small, dedicated team that work a range of shifts to provide 24-hour support. Being an active outdoorsy guy with a love of bike riding and barbecues at the park, he also enjoys a beer and a meal at the pub with friends and family.
