We are looking for dedicated and reliable female Support Workers to join our teams located in Hobart to meet our participants requirements.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will engage in diverse responsibilities such as In Home Support, SIL and occasional community assistance. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in high-care services and possess strong communication abilities. This position involves availability for sleepovers as well as flexibility for early mornings and short shifts.
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
- Valid WWVP Card.
- Current certification in Provide First Aid and CPR.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Friendly, approachable, and respectful demeanor.
- Previous experience in the field supporting participants with complex behaviours.
- Availability required for a minimum of 5 days over a two-week period.
