Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced State Sales Manager to lead our (growing) QLD sales team!

The role will include, but is not limited to: 

  • Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-sell to our existing customer base
  • Drive sales objectives and achieve commercial budget and targets
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts
  • Team management including recruitment, training, development and planning for the sales team
  • Ensuring the sales team are fully utilising sales accountability tools coupled with structured processes to measure sales leads and drive results
  • Lead the inbound and outbound sales activity for all B2B leads including triaging and delegating all leads
  • Develop department budgets in consultation with the finance team and management team
  • Analyse market trends and competitors’ activities and formulate strategies with your team to respond to these
  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Undertake ongoing training and stay informed of industry developments

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Clean full driver's licence
  • Previous industry sales experience is also favourable
