We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced State Sales Manager to lead our (growing) QLD sales team!
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-sell to our existing customer base
- Drive sales objectives and achieve commercial budget and targets
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Team management including recruitment, training, development and planning for the sales team
- Ensuring the sales team are fully utilising sales accountability tools coupled with structured processes to measure sales leads and drive results
- Lead the inbound and outbound sales activity for all B2B leads including triaging and delegating all leads
- Develop department budgets in consultation with the finance team and management team
- Analyse market trends and competitors’ activities and formulate strategies with your team to respond to these
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials
- Undertake ongoing training and stay informed of industry developments

- Superior selling and negotiating ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Clean full driver's licence
- Previous industry sales experience is also favourable
