Qualifications & experience
- A formal qualification in disability or community services from a reputable institution.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing evidence-based and person-centered supports to people living with disability.
- Following inclusion practices that don't separate people living with disability from the broader community.
- Supporting the ongoing development of functional life skills and ensuring all people being supported have the same opportunities as their peers.
