• Permanent Part Time Disability Support Worker / Team Leader
• This role will be working across 2x Social Connections Day Centers located in San Remo and Pakenham
• Total of 53 hours per fortnight (30 hours as Team Leader and 23 hours as DSW)

• Provide positive guidance and feedback to others for work performed including co-workers, volunteers and students
• Work effectively in a team and within a leadership role
• Provide assistance as required to the Service Coordinator, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, rostering and client management system maintaining customer information and general administrative support

• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
