Reporting directly to the Partners you will provide business advisory and accounting advice to a sustainable and profitable portfolio of clients.
What will your typical week look like?- Establishing, maintaining, and communicating with existing clients and contacts on how Findex can meet their needs.
- Provide strategic business advice for clients.
- Assist Partners with client meetings.
- Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual business.
- Assist the Partner with controlling and scheduling of all client work.
- Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports.
- Achieve budgeted chargeable hours, fee targets debtors' collection targets and profitability work for the year.
- Develop strong referral networks.
- Participate in industry and community activities to enhance our company profile.
- Look for opportunities to broaden the scope of work within the firm.
- Prepare fee estimates and proposals for new and potential clients.

Let's talk about you!You are both degree and CA/CPA qualified and ideally have at least 8 + years experience gained within a Big 4 or Mid-Tier Accounting practice. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you can maintain positive relationships with existing clients and contacts.
