Intelife is looking for Support Workers to support people with a disability to live a full and happy life in which they can reach their goals and realise their dreams.
The job
These are rewarding roles that offer work-life balance, flexibility and the opportunity to further your career. Permanent Part Time working 10 – 15 hours per fortnight.
This is not a Residential Setting role.
You’ll support participants with a range of abilities to maintain and develop new skills, engage in community activities and build meaningful relationships. No two days are the same – you may find yourself supporting a person to go to the gym, take part in a group bowling activity, learn how to catch the bus, cook a meal or get ready for a job interview. It all depends on what they’d like to achieve.

About you
- experience in working with individuals with challenging behaviours
- passionate about helping others
- able to work autonomously
- able to work with people with varied support needs
- flexible and able to cope with changing demands
- able to complete records and reports efficiently
- available for 3 days per week between the hours of 8.00 am and 5.00 pm
You’ll also have or be willing to obtain:
- a NDIS Worker Screening check
- a Working with Children Check
- a valid National Police Clearance of no more than 3-months old
- Provide First Aid Certificate
And you’ll need:
- the appropriate right to work in Australia
- a valid WA driver’s licence
- a roadworthy, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle that you are willing to use at work (kms will be reimbursed)
Desirable
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Previous experience supporting people with disabilities
