About the role
The Registered NurseTeam Leader is responsible for supervising employees, managing the roster and staffing allocation, and delivering clinical and personal care to meet residents’ cultural, emotional, physical, social and spiritual goals, including the administration of medication.
Permanent evening shifts available Week 1: Thu to Sat & Week 2: Tue, Thu & Fri
About you
To be successful in this position, you will person-centred; highly organised and committed to delivering excellent care.
You will have:
- Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)
- Experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting
- Proven effective and kind communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster teamwork and effectively coordinate personal care services whilst providing clinical care
- Able to work autonomously, having an understanding of accountability and the importance of consultation
- Ability to work as Chief Warden to manage emergency situations within established processes.
