Disability Support Workers who seek a role that is committed to your training and growth. We are seeking experienced staff who will assist in supporting participants with complex care, personal care and high physical needs. We are also seeking highly experienced staff with great attitudes and professionalism. You will work in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) or SDA to help provide participants with personal growth and independence.Our
Disability Support Workers engage with our participants as they shape and improve their lives. They create opportunities, are champions of connecting their abilities and inspire partnerships of support that encourage every individual to realise the full potential of their life as a human being.
The role:- Immediate start
- Must be available for sleep over shifts.
- Must have current CPR and First Aid and practice.
- Supported Independent Living In Community
- Experience working with people with Autism and Schizophrenia
- Experience in managing participants who require support with behaviours of concern, mental health, complex care, personal care and high physical needs.
- Must have Manual Handling experience.
- Clear speech and communication are required, strong verbal and written communication English skills.
- Providing personal support empowering our participants to reach their goals and maintain independence.
- Passionate about providing support and making a difference.

- Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged care or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
- Current Driver’s License
