Dispatch Department Coordinator
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Authenticating Luxury Items:
- Conduct thorough inspections of luxury items to ensure authenticity.
- Utilize authentication guidelines and tools provided by the company.
2. Dispatching Outgoing Parcels:
- Organize and prioritize outgoing parcels for shipment.
- Prepare parcels for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
3. Post Office Runs:
- Regularly visit the post office to process outgoing shipments.
4. Basic PA Work:
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence for departmental managers.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the department as needed, such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.
5. General Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the dispatch department.
