Our client is a long established, well known commercial agency in Melbourne's CBD. We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support a team of dynamic commercial Sales and Leasing agents.

The Role:
This is a critical support role to ensure the smooth running of the sales team. It will see you working with a dynamic bunch of professionals.
Your duties and responsibilities will include duties such as:
- Set up sales files
- Prepare Sales Letters
- Send sale letters to Vendors, Purchasers and solicitors
- Prepare Offer to Lease documentation
- Database entry and management
- Liaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement process
- Prepare Just Listed/Sold/Leased letters
- Use of InDesign for marketing presentation material and Photoshop for photography markups
- General administration and ad-hoc duties
- Solid administration history, real estate is desirable but not essential
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
- High level of communication and attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Be a team player, able to take instruction and deliver results
- Excellent salary dependant upon experienced
