Form of workAs a leading Australian luxury jewellery brand, we specialise in crafting exquisite pieces that embody elegance and sophistication.
We are seeking a diligent team member to assist our Warehouse Manager dispatch our orders in a timely manner to our customers and stores.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Pick product and close off all sales orders for all channels including online, wholesale and retail.
- Prepare parcels for local and international despatch
- Assist with stock transfers, stock takes, inventory for store openings and ordering supplies
- Order couriers and co-ordinating pick ups
- Ensure all paperwork is completed for international and interstate deliveries
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Strong organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail
- The ability to follow processes and instructions.
- Experience using CIN7, Shopify Plus and Excel
- Be able to work autonomously and in a team
- Excellent communications skills and a willingness to assist others
- Previous experience with dealing with couriers is preferred.

In the pursuit of conceptual design merged with innovative craftsmanship, they established their eponymous label in 2012, & today work alongside a diverse team with multidisciplinary talents in our light-filled creative studio in Alexandria.
Our SARAH & SEBASTIAN stores are elegant spaces, designed by leading Australian architects to reflect the unique vision of our brand in locations around the Australia, Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.
We are a close-knit team who actively pursue creativity & innovation, rebelling against the conventions that define traditional jewellery.
We offer multiple luxury jewellery experiences within our intimate architecturally designed suites including SOLDERED, luxury piecing - EAR ALCHEMY styling, Engagement & Wedding Consultations, Gift Concierge Appointments, Clean & Repair.
