About the role The Dispatch Assistant is responsible for assisting with the flow of stock and materials outbound including dispatching and order processing. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities Include: Order Processing Scheduling and Coordination Inventory Management Quality Control Documentation and Record-Keeping Freight Support Customer Communication Equipment Maintenance Problem Solving Team Collaboration Education, Experience and Skills: Current Drivers Licence and Forklift Licence Prior Warehouse experience preferred. Computer literacy Manual handling experience Capacity to move and lift 25kg Employee Benefits: Onsite parking Gourmet Lunch Provided 3 days a week.
