AddressRandstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest integrated suppliers and manufacturers here in WA. Due to recent growth within the company, our client are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Dispatch Officer to join their team in Welshpool.
Your New Role:
- Ensure drivers are issued with accurate paperwork and have the correct equipment to perform their duties
- Data entry
- Liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate all loading with the yard and production teams
- Perform pre-delivery checks
- Track loads to ensure timely deliveries through liaison with customer and
cartage provider - Handle telephone enquiries efficiently and promptly
About You
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- SAP experience
- Logistics experience
- Data entry experience
- Excellent attention to detail and able to multitask
- Strong coordination, scheduling and monitoring skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in MS Office programs
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
