Reporting directly to the Factory Manager you will be responsible for the day to day dispatch operations and having a forward thinking mindset with an eye for detail and planning.
You will have a small team of up to 6 warehouse staff reporting to you daily.

- 7am - 3pm
- $70k + Super
Job Responsibilities:
- Organise office furniture for deliveries for Sydney Metro area, Wollongong, Newcastle and Canberra as well as regional and national deliverers using external carriers
- Coordinate the assembly and installation of jobs
- Move furniture into areas for pickup
- Process paperwork for inbound/outbound orders
- Liaise with customers, carriers, installers and other stakeholders with delivery and installation matters
Looking for someone with:
- Previous dispatching experience
- Good problem solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills including spreadsheets and emails
- Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Full Australian Drivers License
