• Join the senior leadership team of 99 Bikes Australia & New Zealand, reporting to the General Manager, and be involved in business-wide strategic decisions contributing to our future success and growth
• Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive online traffic, sales and conversion, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Understanding of multi-channel, and the website's role in both online and offline transactions, is key

• Highly autonomous role with ownership to craft a vision for online excellence, and lead a driven team for execution
• Understanding of key profit and loss drivers, ability to forecast and impact future performance through;

• Conversion rate optimisation
• Content and merchandising strategy
• Collaboration with other senior leaders and departments to enhance the customer experience end-to-end
• Identify opportunities and resolve issues and errors

Qualifications, knowledge, and skills

• Proven achievements in senior e-commerce roles
• Experience and success in leading teams, ability to help your team grow, develop and be the best versions of themselves
• Hands-on experience working with ecommerce platforms
• Strong understanding of online merchandising & search techniques
• Advanced skills with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
• Persistence and resilience will be required for success
