About the RoleNPT is currently recruiting a Dispatcher / Call Taker to work in our Perth based Operations Centre. We require someone who has a commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service and a very patient demeanour. This role involves the receipt of calls from hospitals and other clients, registering each call in our computer system and dispatching transport details to road crews.
We currently require employees to join the team on a full-time basis working 10am to 6pm each day.

- Experience working in a high pressure, fast paced environment;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Analytical and lateral problem solving skills;
- Ability to liaise with customers and health care professionals at all levels;
- High level organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Computer competency and the ability to learn new systems;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills;
- A good working knowledge of the geography of the state of WA;
- Health and medical terminology understanding an advantage;
- Experience working in a Customer Service Centre highly regarded.
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
