Working for Westside Tilt Tray Service means being part of a family run, privately owned business that provides transport solutions over lower South West WA and Northern Western Australia for all types of vehicles, plant and equipment, salvaging and unique items.
The role
This role is a challenging and varied role in a fast paced, busy environment. This is a call centre position, quoting and booking jobs from prospective clients and data entry from email bookings. Our call centre team is fully committed to delivering required outcomes on time, every time. We encourage and support initiative.
The Shifts
We are currently looking for a motivated down to earth team player to work on a roster monday to friday 6am-6pm and alternate weekend shifts Saturday 6am til monday 6am. pay rates can be discussed on appliction.
Salary decided upon interview
- depending on experience and shift times etc.
Duties
- Plan and dispatch trucks in accordance with customer timeframes and workloads
- Provide the highest level of customer service by answering customer calls and service queries
- Communicate effectively with drivers to resolve transport issues as they arise
- Communicate with customer sites advising of any relevant updates
- Develop relationships with our drivers and key customers
- Data entry (entering each job into the system, from calls or emails)
- computer and geographical knowledge
Skills & experience
You will have proven experience in Transport & Logistics or similar environment, (this could also mean you use to drive a tow truck). You have a passion for exceeding customer expectations with your "can do" attitude, strong computer knowledge and you will enjoy working with people and be an enthusiastic, results-oriented team player.
Furthermore, you will possess:
- Previous experience in similar position
- Numeracy, written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Intermediate computer skills
- High attention to detail and a keen eye for error
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
- Professional and motivated work ethic
- The capacity to meet strict deadlines
- A positive energy
- Must live around Busselton area
