About the role:
We are seeking a Dispensary Assistant to join our Tamworth Pharmacy. We are part of a wide network of Good Price Pharmacies, and with this comes the chance to work alongside experienced industry professionals.
Duties:
- Provide service and complete sales in the scheduled medicines area and front of shop;
- Dispensing experience is highly regarded;
- Assist with prescription procedures;
- Provide non-therapeutic advice and recommendations;
- Work with the team to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services;
- Manage expectations of our valuable customers.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous retail and customer service experience;
- Community pharmacy experience is essential;
- Dispensary technician experience is preferred;
- S2/S3 certificate is beneficial;
- Eftpos, point of sale and cash handling experience essential;
- Strong communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
