About the role:
We are seeking a Dispensary Assistantor an Experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our fun and supportive team at our Grafton pharmacy!

Full-time or part-time position available in our Grafton pharmacy. 

Duties:

• Support the Pharmacist in the dispensing of prescription and S3 medicines
• Provide service and complete sales in the scheduled medicines area and front of shop;
• Assist with prescription procedures;
• Provide non-therapeutic advice and recommendations; 
• Work with the team to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services; 
• Manage expectations of our valuable customers.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous retail and customer service experience;
• Dispensary technician experience is preferred;
• S2/S3 certificate is beneficial;
• Eftpos, point of sale and cash handling experience essential;
• Strong communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
