Efficient dispensary service is at the heart of our excellence in customer service and you will play an integral role. An aptitude to fulfil customer needs and excel in customer satisfaction is an integral part of this role and will help your career progression.
The role requires:
- Amazing customer service and ability to work in a small team
- Webster and Dose-Aid packing experience
- FRED software experience (desirable but not essential)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and help grow with the pharmacy
- Strong and dedicated work ethic, with the ability to multi task
- Willingness to work in the retail side of the pharmacy to assist team
