Tekowhiringa | The Opportunity

We are looking for full-time community focused Dispensary Technician with customer care at heart.

With community and patient care at the centre of who we are, we are therefore looking for customer focused and service-oriented Dispensary Technician to join our growing and well-loved family business. 

In this fast paced, dynamic role you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with their prescriptions and general enquiries
• Assisting Pharmacists in dispensing medications
• Counselling customers about medication under supervision
• Dispensary stock management and replenishment
• Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills

If you are passionate and possess the following, then we would love to hear from you!

• Minimum 1 year experience in working in a New Zealand dispensary (desirable)
• Experience in working in pharmacy (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong team player
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy
