Dispensary/Compounding Technicians

Cann Compounding Pharmacy is a leading pharmacy specialising in the compounding and dispensing of medicinal cannabis. With the opening of our new purpose-built facility in Brisbane, we are looking for skilled dispensary and/or compounding technicians (multiple roles available) who are passionate in developing themselves in this exciting and growing field.

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Dispensary technicians:

• dispense medicinal cannabis prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• provide exceptional customer service, including answering patient queries via phone and email
• pack medications to be sent to patients
• assist pharmacist with monitoring inventory levels, and administrative tasks such as invoicing and data entry

Compounding technicians:

• prepare various forms of medicinal cannabis preparations under the supervision of our experienced pharmacists
• maintain a clean and organised work environment, complying with all regulatory guidelines and standards
• keep detailed records of all compounding activities
• maintain inventory levels of raw ingredients and compounding consumables
• work closely with the dispensary team to ensure smooth operations of the site

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full work rights in Australia
• Minimum one year of work experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to follow complex instructions with precision and attention to detail

The successful candidate will be working as part of the larger team of the Crisci Group, one of the largest group of compounding pharmacies and medicinal cannabis dispensaries in Australia. You will be supported with continuous training and working within a structured environment.
