Job Description

About the Role:

Reporting to the Firm's Partner, the ideal candidate will be exposed to handling matters relating to commercial litigation and disputes, focusing on class actions and significant corporate disputes. The candidate will be working closely together with the team, collaborating with the Firm's numerous Australian and international litigation funders. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing a team Junior Lawyers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years PAE in Commercial Litigation (essential)
• Proven experience in general commercial litigation, preferably specializing in class actions
• Motivated and driven to progress in their field
