- The freeing up of some office space is allowing for a further strengthening of their litigation and disputes offering.
- You can expect to primarily cover commercial disputes, there will also be some civil matters.
- You will work directly with two partners and their litigation team and will have your primary focus on an atypical, complex dispute – a rare example within WA.
- In addition, the strong front-end offering feeds a range of corporate and commercial disputes, plus activity across the building and construction, property and estate dispute sectors (among others).
- If you have an aptitude and interest in the front-end, there is also an opportunity to get involved with supporting the two commercial partners.
- Culturally, this will appeal if you are looking for an environment where fee earners are trusted to do their work in a mature and respectful setting.
- Expect to quickly become an integral part of the fee earner cohort as part of a tightknit team.
