About the Role
As an experienced Distribution Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational management of our Warehouse in Hazelmere, Perth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Strictly enforce standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Monitor performance against agreed KPI's and targets; analyses outcomes and implement action learning for continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and coaching to all warehouse personnel on performance and team/individual behaviours to drive a high performing culture and environment.
Work in partnership with the Health & Safety Advisor to address all work Health & Safety risks, incidents and initiatives, ensuring that these risks are mitigated or eliminated.
About you
We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong background in warehouse and inventory management. To excel in this role, you should possess:
Proven people experience in managing a small team.
A solid commercial understanding and the ability to apply specialist knowledge to deliver high quality solutions and make operational decisions to continually improve the effective and efficient running and costs of the warehouse operation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Determination to set challenging targets and expectations to consistently strive for great results
Flexibility to manage multiple task deadlines with ease.
