ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT WORKER POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Purpose
The main role of the Administration Support Worker is to provide general and business Administration Support to Bendigo Baptist Community Care Inc. (BBCCI) and provide crossover support for the administration team.
Reporting and alignment
This position reports directly to the Administrator. The person will work in accordance with BBCCI policies and procedures and align with the mission and vision principles of BBCCI.

The Administration Support Worker will:

Requirements
Essential:
- Comprehensive working knowledge in bookkeeping, payroll and general administration duties
Desirable:
- Experience with Reckon Hosted
- Working knowledge of the NDIS
- Experience in a larger organisation
Duties
- Process weekly invoicing, including data export from Visual Care
- Manage service agreement process in Visual Care for all agreements types
- Maintain current service agreements in Visual Care
- Maintain anniversary dates for all service agreements in Visual Care
- Upload signed service agreements for new clients
- Manage service bookings on the NDIS portal
- Monthly invoicing, including cleaning consumable invoicing
- Credit card transaction entry and management
- Fuel and Tip fees receipt collection
- Liaise regularly with other administration staff
- Maintain a neat and tidy environment
- Ensure your ministry aligns with all appropriate OHS & policy guidelines
- Attend staff meetings
- Phone reception (when required)
- Assist in the payroll check when Administrator on leave
