About the role:
We currently have various casual positions available in our pick/pack team.
As a Distribution Centre Team Member, you will work within a safety driven and operational distribution environment. Your role will support the delivery of stock to our stores and customers and have impact on how we deliver best service to the broader Bunnings network.
What's involved:
- Manually pick and pack orders
- Load and unload products on delivery trucks
- Ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time
- Stock replenishment
- Help drive the Bunnings' culture and participate in fun activities
Who we're looking for:
Candidates must have both evening and early morning availability.
Candidates must also have availability across 4-5 weekdays.
You will have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously. You will have a focus on safety and the ability to work, think and act in a safe manner within the DC environment.
We provide adult base pay rates at 18 years of age and above at $31.50 per hour for this role.
You'll need:
- Experience in replenishment, dispatch of deliveries or picking and packing of orders is ideal but not essential
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for customer service
- A current Forklift license would be ideal although not essential
- The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and some weekends)
