About the Role
Reporting to the team leader, this role is to ensure all distribution functions are carried out in an effective, efficient and timely manner. Delivering product safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with minimal waste in the correct quantity when it is required. This role also requires staff to work in a cold room environment.
Successful candidate would have flexibility to work across morning, afternoon and night shifts and be willing to be rostered on rotational shift pattern including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Oversee inventory operations as well as coordinate the team and their activities
Ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of product to our customers
Daily coordination of the site, organise relief breaks and the rotation of stock
Reporting of all safety incidents, issues and maintenance requirements
Accurate completion and recording of all quality related testing and documentation, as well as accurate invoicing
About you
Previous experience in Inventory management
Good written and verbal communication skills along with good computer literacy
Team coordination skills, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions
Interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, suppliers and the team
Forklift operator experience is desirable

Our Salisbury site in Adelaide's northern suburbs manufactures a range of more than 78 milk and milk-based products. This site is a combined production and distribution facility producing well-known brands such as Pura, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Feel Good; and distributes across predominantly SA and NT, but also NSW and VIC.
