JOB OVERVIEW
We have an opening for the position of District Operations Co-ordinator (DOC) within the Gold Coast district.
This permanent part-time role supports the District Manager in important duties taking our tax preparation business to the next level whilst assisting to service areas on the Gold Coast and in Northern NSW.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
As a DOC you will:
- Be available based on the plan agreed with your District Manager for the fiscal year
- Be articulate, customer focused & professionally presented
- Have a high level of computer literacy and interpersonal skills
- Have demonstrated a high level of communication in previous roles
- Be able to demonstrate strong tax knowledge
- Be able to adapt to Handitax software and processes with the Admin Centre
- Be confident
- Have strong time management skills
- Must understand and adhere to the H&R Block 'Behaviours' - CAPDO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to create and execute an operational plan for the district in coordination with the District Manager
- TimeTrade support - be able to identify key opportunites to increase client capacity based on demand and staff availability
- ITC support in off season as directed by the National Training Manager & District Manager including marketing, office set up, facilitation of classes, instructor/student enquiries & Sonru interviews
- Onboarding- supporting the DM with the following up employee documents & ensuring a smooth process
- Supporting the field with Admin Centre processes and understanding
- Other support as directed by your District Manager
