Professional Growth: As a key player in the coordination of servicing and maintaining our asset portfolio, you will be involved with end-to-end organisation for maintenance and repair tasks, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing ideas for process improvement. Collaborative Environment: You'll work closely with the service delivery manager, internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination of service tasks and high levels of customer satisfaction. What would a typical month look like for you?

• Conduct a review of service delivery performance metrics from the previous month and compile a report for the service delivery manager.
• Monitoring and tracking service delivery performance metrics and reporting findings to the service delivery manager.
• Maintaining accurate records of service activities and inventory management.
• Assisting in training new technicians and service personnel.
• Serving as a liaison between clients, technicians, and the service delivery manager.
• Providing administrative support to the service delivery manager, including data entry and report preparation.
• Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and external vendors to ensure availability of equipment, materials, and manpower for upcoming service tasks.
• Wrap up the month by contributing to team meetings and sharing insights for continuous improvement in service delivery operations.

With a tertiary qualification in facilities management and project management, you will be set up for success in this role, although it’s not essential. We want to hear from you if you have:

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated commitment to zero harm in the workplace.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and proven ability to quickly learn business systems.
• Legal entitlement to work in Australia and a current driver's licence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and resolve issues.
• Sound time management skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
