DIVERSE LEARNING SUPPORT OFFICER
These roles can be Permanent/Fixed Term, Part-Time/Full Time.
St Columba College is seeking to appoint experienced Diverse Learning Support Officers.
The Diverse Learning Support Officers will have the following duties:
- Assist teachers with the care of students on excursions, sports days/activities and other classroom associated school/educational activities.
- Assist in student learning by creating and sourcing resources, preparing classroom materials, class displays and aids for learning programs.
- Participating in regular program planning and review meetings as required.
- Assist teachers with the implementation of learning programs such as EAL support, Literacy and Numeracy support, Gifted and Talented programs etc.
- Assist with communication between students and teachers.
- Assist with physical requirements of students.
